Refund policy
Your satisfaction with TruFibr is important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges and Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
